Excellent content this week. I really am grateful for some sanity. I think Khalif should be stripped of the medal because it was an unsafe, violent act. It’s not the same as track and field. This was dangerous.
Khalif’s DSD and saying he’s a woman equates to him being trans even though it’s not exactly the same. He certainly knew he was male last year. Also this reveals how useless using Cis is to refer to “normal” people. The whole utility of Cis would be to point out doctors can be wrong about sex when people have DSD’s. Whereas it’s unnecessary to have a term to distinguish between trans and not trans.
